Individualized Coaching
Whether you're just starting out, or you've been running for years, I offer individualized coaching with training plans that are custom designed for each person and their goals.
Training is delivered each week and I offer texting, phone calls, zoom to talk shop about workouts, race plans, recovery tips, and anything else you need to find success and to reach your goals.
If you're local, we can meet up for some critical workouts in your buildup towards race day!
Consulting
If you don't need a full on coaching experience, but you want to gain some valuable insights from my wealth of knowledge, I offer consulting as well.
I'd like to hear about what your training is like currently, as well as how you're taking care of your legs, body and mind! With a good picture of what you're doing now, we can talk about what might work best for you to add-in to keep you healthy, working smarter, and progressing towards your goals.
Whether it's injury prevention, drills, strength routines, fueling, or race day strategies, I've got you covered!
Training plans (lower touch coaching)
Not looking for a full-on commitment, but still want to receive weekly training plans to reach your goals?
I also offer training plans for any runner, goal and training phase! These training plans come complete, but you are welcome to ask me questions for clarification or guidance on upcoming races.
